Sergeant Wilson is a proven leader in law enforcement and public speaking. He currently commands the Homicide Unit and SFST / DRE programs for the 2nd largest city Indiana.  He is the President of Sarge Leadership, which  provides strategic and transformational leadership skills and vital information to organizations, teams,  and communities. His goal is to inspire, transform, and educate through effective communication.
